PC-1 Photoperiod Controller

A great alternative to electronic or mechanical timers. The PC-1 has no moving parts to wear or break. It eliminates timers and clocks to synchronize and no settings or adjustments are necessary. This controller senses the presence of light and switches outlet functions accordingly. PC-1 has a "Day Power" and "Night Power" outlet. It will turn day time systems "On" when it senses the sunrise or artificial lighting and operate night time equipment when it doesn’t. Operates on 115 VAC with 15 amp switching capacity.

How To Operate

Plug the PC-1 into any standard 110VAC wall outlet or the equipment side outlet of any atmospheric controller. Plug the unit that you want to control into either the day or night side of the PC-1. CO2 equipment would be plugged into the day outlet ( right side ). Allow 3 minutes for switching and reset.

Installation Example

The PC-1 may be used independently or with many other Green Air Products to create an integrated system. The diagram  shows how to install the PC-1 for CO2 enrichment. The PC-1 is plugged into the equipment outlet of the CT-DH-3. The CST-1 is plugged into the "Day Outlet" of the PC-1. When the temperature and/or humidity rise above the predetermined setting the CT-DH-3 initiates a venting cycle and CO2 generation is momentarily halted. While the PC-1's photosensor is registering the correct light levels for daytime operation, CO2 operation is possible. At night the PC-1 disables CO2 operation. The CST-1 is used to time the frequency and duration of the CO2 emissions.
